I want to start by saying that it is impossible to turn your Android into a best 360 camera apps. If it does not already have the capabilities for it. But you can take 360 degree photos/images/pic/selfie with 360/Panorama Camera Apps. However, your Android still has the power to take panoramic photos, and even 360 images meant for VR and so on. You can not record 360 videos unless your Android device can magically transform.
Today I have two apps that work in conjunction with two different, but super, 360 cameras, then three apps that help you take 360 photos. There are some bad apps out there, but these are some of the best, and the one I chose as an example of one of the worst.

6. Cardboard Camera
On all 360 camera apps on Google Play Store, this is my favorite, and the easiest to use without experience. The cardboard camera converts any environment into a VR ready, 360 with a few simple movements.
While holding your camera vertically, start recording from a stationary position, and turn slowly in a full circle.
Your Android then takes a 360 photo of everything around you available in the application, or your local storage. Ideally, this is meant to be used with Google Cardboard, or at least it seems that way, judging by the name of the application.
Made of cardboard or not, the photos you make with the cardboard camera can be used with any VR device, or simply on your phone.
As a bonus, predefined images are available inside the application to get an idea of what you can expect from the cardboard camera.
I did my best to take another shot of the porch, and I think it turned out fine, despite how much my porch needs a good hosing.
Conclusion
When you have these best 360 camera apps on your android device. You do not necessarily need a 360 camera to take panoramic pictures on Android, but to record real 360 videos, you need a 360 camera.
Whether you already have a 360 Degree/Panorama Camera Apps aka 360 camera app or you want to take Photos with your phone with stunning angles, there is an Android option that will work for you.
