Enable Developer Options & USB Debugging on Xiaomi Redmi Phone

Enabling Developer Options Xiaomi Redmi Phone & USB Debugging on Xiaomi Redmi Phone. So simple and safe to follow and works with all Xiaomi devices namely Redmi 3s Prime, Mi Note, Redmi Note 2/3, Redmi 2, Mi4, Mi4i, Mi 5, Redmi Note 4G/3G, and Redmi 1s running on MIUI 8 (also compatible with MIUI 7 ROM). As a Xiaomi Redmi user, have you ever wondered how to enable developer options and USB debugging on Xiaomi Redmi 3/2 or Redmi note 3/2 when you upgrade the ROM or root your devices or go to Another third party program.

Why Enable Developer Options & USB Debugging mode on Xiaomi Redmi Phone??

I see on several Facebook group, many Xiaomi users have requested a guide to enable USB debugging and unlock developer options on their devices we have developed a simple tutorial to activate developer options and USB debugging on Android Mi phones. You must enable USB debugging when you Install custom ROMs, update the ROM, or root your handset. To enable USB debugging, you need to first unlock developer options your Xiaomi device. Follow the steps below to enable USB debugging on Xiaomi mobile phones. To enable USB debugging on Xiaomi Redmi devices, the developer options should be unblocked first.

Now, please follow below steps to debug your Xiaomi Redmi phone.

1. Enable Developer Options on Xiaomi Redmi phone  running on MIUI 8.x.x.x ROM:

Step 1: Unlock your Mi phone and go to the device main Settings on your Xiaomi Redmi devices.

Step 2: Scroll down to bottom/find About Device and go on it.

Step 3: Locate MIUI Version here’s MIUI 8.1 Stable version and tap 7 or more times on it.

After that, you will get a message “You’re now a developer!” on your xiaomi device screen.

2. Enable USB Debugging on Xiaomi Redmi phone  running on MIUI 8.x.x.x ROM:

Step 1: Go back to main Settings.

Step 2: Run Additional Settings, and tap
Developer options to enable it from there.

Step 3: And find USB Debugging option and  tap to enable it.

Now, you have successfully Unlocked/enabled USB Debugging on your Xiaomi Redmi devices.
